Refundable $300 Security Deposit required for all rentals.
Cleaning fee of $100 applies to all rentals.
Weekly minimum may be in effect for Summer and October - ask for details.
We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Paypal for rentals and deposits.
A $200 deposit is required to confirm a reservation, the entire balance, plus
the Security Deposit, is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
